02 — Hands-on Training

Who is eligible for Hands-on Training?
Eligibility depends on the selected program. Most advanced courses are intended for MBBS graduates, surgical residents, practicing surgeons, and qualified healthcare professionals.
When do new training batches begin?
ELSWA conducts monthly training intakes, with new batches beginning on the 1st of every month, subject to seat availability.
Where are the training programs conducted?
Training sessions are conducted at approved ELSWA training centers, including Highland Care Multispeciality Hospital in New Delhi, with access to modern surgical facilities and simulation labs.
Will participants receive certification?
Yes. Participants who successfully complete the applicable training requirements will receive certification issued by ELSWA according to their selected program.
Are seats limited?
Yes. To maintain personalized instruction and maximize practical exposure, each training batch has limited seats. Early registration is highly recommended.
